1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the vib288 platform is conditional upon satisfying the following eligibility requirements. vib288 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be non-compliant.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the vib288 platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. vib288 enforces mandatory age verification through its KYC process. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The vib288 platform is primarily designed to serve players in Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, and all other provinces. Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing vib288 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on vib288. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.4 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been self-excluded, formally excluded by vib288, or declared legally incompetent are not eligible to register or use the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of vib288 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. vib288 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify vib288 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration — or at any time thereafter — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. vib288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account where inaccurate information is discovered, including voiding all pending and settled wagers and forfeiting any balances held in the account.

3.4 Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, irrespective of who actually performed the activity.

4. KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before vib288 processes any withdrawal request, all Users must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requirement exists to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, prevent underage gambling, and protect the integrity of the platform.

4.2 Required Documents

The following documents are typically required for standard KYC verification:

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), showing all four corners with all text fully legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (PLN electricity, PDAM water, or Telkom), bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your KTP beside your face, taken in good lighting, confirming physical identity.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder (e.g., a bank account statement showing your name matching the registered account name).

4.3 Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 6 hours during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Submissions received outside business hours or during public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. vib288 may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient.

4.4 Right to Request Further Verification

vib288 reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time, including upon changes to account details, large withdrawal requests, or where unusual activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vib288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vib288 does not currently accept foreign currency transactions or cryptocurrency payments.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are generally processed instantly upon successful bank confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the name of the vib288 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in fund forfeiture and account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day, as published within the platform. vib288 reserves the right to apply additional security checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.

5.4 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or digital wallets that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined. vib288 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution after funds have been successfully dispatched.

5.5 Transaction Fees

vib288 does not charge processing fees on standard de posits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by your bank or payment provider (e.g., interbank transfer fees, e-wallet transaction fees) are the responsibility of the User and may be deducted from the transaction amount by the payment processor.

5.6 Wagering Requirement for Withdrawals

All deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This is an anti-money laundering measure. Funds withdrawn before meeting the 1x turnover requirement may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the withdrawn amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

From time to time, vib288 offers bonuses and promotional incentives including deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Participation in any bonus program is optional. All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions published on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire within a specified period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance) unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. It is the User's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

6.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

vib288 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, reverse bet hedging, or any other form of systematic exploitation will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and permanent account closure.

6.5 Right to Refuse or Cancel Bonuses

vib288 reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any User at our sole discretion, and to cancel active bonuses where terms have been breached. Bonus eligibility is not transferable between accounts.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

vib288 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any wager at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Wagers are not deemed accepted until confirmation is displayed on the User's account interface. In the event of a technical error or display malfunction, vib288 reserves the right to void all affected wagers.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on vib288 are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic league football). Unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time, excluding extra time or penalty shootouts.

7.3 Live Betting

Live betting (in-play betting) is offered on selected events. Due to streaming delays and odds update latency, there may be a short delay between a real-world event occurring and odds being updated or markets being suspended. vib288 employs technology to minimize this delay but cannot guarantee zero latency. Bets accepted during incorrect odds display periods due to technical delays may be voided at vib288's discretion.

7.4 Casino Game RTP

RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independently audited for fairness.

7.5 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets offered on vib288 include Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau draws. Results are determined by the official draw conducted by the respective lottery authority and are final. vib288 publishes official draw times and result sources transparently on each market page.

7.6 Voided Bets

In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or otherwise declared void by the organizing authority, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's wallet balance unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage Use: Accessing or using vib288 while under 21 years of age.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false, forged, or misleading documents or information during registration or KYC verification.
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your name.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts or other prohibited methods.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vib288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall vib288's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the amount of funds held in your account wallet balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

10.4 Force Majeure

vib288 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or strikes.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your vib288 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or bonuses. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened.

13.2 Termination by vib288

vib288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. vib288 may retain certain personal information as required by law or legitimate business purposes even after account closure.

14. Amendments to Terms

vib288 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
